How to delete your account

Signed-in web users can permanently delete their account from Account settings, in the Danger Zone section. Sign in, open your Account File, and follow the deletion steps — you’ll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.

If you can’t sign in, email support@memphonics.com from the address on your account and we’ll help you delete it.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes:

  • Your account and operator profile data.
  • Your saved cards and their variants.
  • Your learning and review history.
  • Your generation and usage records.
  • Your marketing-consent choice.
  • App-owned cached audio generated for your cards.

What may be retained

To keep the service safe and meet legal obligations, a small amount of minimal, non-identifying information may be retained or anonymized:

  • A one-way deletion marker so a deleted account cannot be recreated or re-linked from the same sign-in identity.
  • Minimal billing, legal, and audit records where we are required to keep them, with account identifiers removed or anonymized.
  • Subscription records held by a store or payment provider (such as Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play) are outside the data we delete and are governed by that provider.

Subscriptions and billing

Deleting your Memphonics account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. If you subscribed through Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play, cancel through that provider or store separately to stop future charges. Account deletion is not a billing cancellation.
